The Basics: Cooking Alternatives

Some healthy cooking alternatives to keep in mind:

2 eggs can be substituted with 1 banana or 2TBS ground flax seed + 3 TBS water

Panko/bread crumbs for old fashion oats, crushed nuts, or almond meal

Sour Cream or Mayo for greek yogart

Butter for apple sauce
