Lasagna rollups

Whats the actual difference here between these rollups and actual lasagna? At what point do we say this is just extra work on a classic? The key here for our family is there is more cheese per bite. When I made these my husband even said, “Why do I like these more than regular lasagna?” The scientific answer to this we may never know. But the fact is, these are amazing:

 

Cooked lasagna
Marinara

Cottage cheese
Feta
Mozzarella
Bread crumbs
Worcestershire
Pepper
Oregano
Basil
Hot sauce
Egg

  1. Cook Lasagna noodles
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. lay noodles out flat and cover each noodle with the mixture.
  4. roll up and then cover in marinara sauce
  5. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
