Whats the actual difference here between these rollups and actual lasagna? At what point do we say this is just extra work on a classic? The key here for our family is there is more cheese per bite. When I made these my husband even said, “Why do I like these more than regular lasagna?” The scientific answer to this we may never know. But the fact is, these are amazing:
- Cook Lasagna noodles
- Mix all ingredients together
- lay noodles out flat and cover each noodle with the mixture.
- roll up and then cover in marinara sauce
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
