Sherry’s Fettichini Alfredo

A sensitive sauce:
Alfredo sauce in notorious for being picky- when its ready, you better be too.

Start to boil water with salt.
Once water is boiling add the Fettichini noodles and set the timer (usually between 7-9minutes).
Melt one stick of unsalted butter (1/2 cup) and add 2 tsp of garlic. One butter is melted and infused add 1 cup og heavy whipping cream. Bring to a slow boil on medium low. Then add 1 cup of finely powdered parmesean. Stir occassionaly and add 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper.

Add skirt steak, chicken, or broccoili.

ICE: Wondra gravy powder, garlic powder.
