Dijon Mustard

Chardonay

Fancy Bread

Tomato

Lettuce/Romaine

Mayonaise

 

Rub Salmon in Dijon mustard, place in tin foil pouch with Chardonnay. Cook in 400 oven for 10 minutes. Prep BLT as normal, add cooked salmon.
